Fitness Breeze: a site where I write about how different things have helped me along the struggle that I have with getting an eight pack (yup, I’m eventually going to do it!).
Hello, my name is Nick and I’m the main writer here on fitness breeze. I’ve read quite a lot of different websites online that talk about losing weight and getting fit, but they just don’t quite fit what I’m after or they encourage me to do cardio for an hour each day (I really hate fucking cardio so that’s not an option for me).
I love to read and ‘consume’ information about health and how to optimise the body, but most probably like you I kinda suck (at the moment) and I want to lose the extra weight I have. I’m fat, I admit it. I’m not an individual that is oblivious to who and what I am, but I’m trying.
So, if you want to read more about what situations I encounter or how I’m struggling with different things then take a look at some of the different articles on fitness breeze. Don’t fool yourself though, I have a hard time staying motivated too and I simply try to push through things.
Finally, I’m no expert. So, if you are a fatty and you want to get fit then go and see a personal trainer – or your doctor if you’re obese – and see what they say. I’m a firm believer that they should include some cardio but if more than 30% of your time with them is on cardio then run the other way.
